When we finished our basement, I thought that I would like to select which amp would drive the outdoors so I installed this switch in the wallbox to accept two sources and drive one set of speakers. I do not feel the wiring diagrams were too difficult and there was no problems with the hookups. This cabinet is an excellent deal for the money and I would have given it 5 stars if not for the damage it acquired during shipping. The damage is a result of how "Stack On" packages the unit - not the fault of ape-like shippers and handlers. Thus, the product loses a star. I purchased the unit so that I could park my two rifles in it which would allow me to configure my gun safe into all shelves allowing more room for my packaged ammunition.
